Return & Exchange Policy

DressilyMe insists you're a very Happy Customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase here. Before shipping out, we'll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included. Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

But in some cases, a customer may want to return an item. Before returning items to us, please read and follow our sincere instructions below. We'll appreciate your carefully reading on our return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
DressilyMe know that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking. Therefore, we accept the cancellation request of the order from our customers. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Our Cancellations Policy
1. Orders canceled within 1 days of payment confirmed will be eligible for you to get a full refund.
2. Orders canceled 2 day after payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled 3 days after payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. After 3 days of payment confirmed, your order can NOT be cancelled any more. We can only refund the full shipping cost!
Please kindly note that all of our dresses are newly tailored to order, and once the production process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

Return Policy

Returning For Replacement or Refund
When the package arrived, we sincerely encourage you to try it/them on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing. If you intends to return or exchange dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition as following:

be unworn / unaltered / unwashed/ odorless
have original tags attached in original positions
be in perfect condition
have no stains, rips, odors or damage of any kind
be returned with all accessories including shawl and straps

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Please kindly check the package contents before signing. You can get a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If your items were damaged during delivery, we suggest you to take photos or video and get a "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier. Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, then no following of customization requirement and size deviation from the posted size criteria.

Sizing or Fitting Issues
Before ordering a dress, please kindly make sure to give us the exact size measurement. The finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs of the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. You shall submit the photographs to [email protected] and we'll have the designated personnel to take the dispute and offer a reply within 24 hours.

Dress is not the size you ordered
If the dress's size differs from the specifications you ordered by more than one inch, we cordially encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments. All of our dresses (except ready-to-ship dresses) are newly tailored by our dressmakers. There may be the little size error within one inch for the handwork. Please kindly forgive.

Dress is the custom size you ordered but does not fit
Considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of Custom Made, dresses following the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. But we attach an fabric in the seams of your dress, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor of which we won't cover the cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too much from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

If you're sure that you get a dress which is not tailored by the specification of your order, please take some photos of the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. You shall submit the photographs to [email protected] and we'll have the designated personnel to take the dispute and offer a reply within 24 hours. We will help you to settle the problem quickly.

Color Mismatch
There is a little color difference of the same color for the different fabrics. Some kinds of fabrics will show different color effect when you check it from different angles under different light, such as taffeta. Different monitors will also show the different color effect from the actual color of the dresses. The slight color difference between the dress at hand and the color shown on the monitor is not the color defective or wrong delivery. However, if you confirm that you receive a dress in wrong color; please kindly send e-mail to [email protected]. We will help you.

Overdue Products
If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, our customer service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. You can choose to get a full refund, or keep the order and get special treatment.
Note: The overdue problems occurred by carrier are not refundable or exchangeable.

Return Process
We do NOT accept any return or exchange without rational reasons. Returns must be arranged within 5 days. We will offer refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake. We couldn't accept returns on following condition:
a. Special Orders - dresses and other items made or ordered specifically for you according to the style (custom design), custom color (not picture color) and personal size (custom size) you required.
b. Specialty Items – dresses and other items on Sale or Price Reduced & Non-stock.
c. Wrong Size & Wrong Color & Wrong Style & Unsatisfied Style ordered by yourself - We have no control and accept no responsibility for the size/ color /style you select for your merchandise.

Step One: Get a Return Authorization number
Finish and send a return request to customer service mailbox within 5 days after you received the package. It should include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Once Customer Service approves your request, Return Authorization Number will be attached in the confirmation email; Packages without Return Authorization Number will be REFUSED and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Step Two: Inspect merchandise
All returned or exchanged items must:
be unworn / unaltered / unwashed/ odorless
have original tags attached in original positions
be in perfect condition
have no stains, rips, odors or damage of any kind
be returned with all accessories including shawl and straps

Step Three: Ship merchandise to DressilyMe Warehouse
Please be sure that the item(s) can be sent out within 5 days after you get the Return Authorization Number, or we reserve the right to refuse the return. Put your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Please send item(s) and offer us the tracking number and tracking website within 5 days from the time you get the Return Authorization Number from us, or we will Not accept return and refund after 5 days. Dressilyme only accepts prepaid packages. We do not accept C.O.D. If it's a mistake made by us, then you will be reimbursed for the return shipping.
If the dresses are not in their original condition, we may charge higher processing fee to cover our lose. Your order may not be refundable if the dresses turn out to be impossible to be resold!
Please use post mail instead of express delivery to return the items to save your shipping cost and avoid tax in our side.

Step Four: Credit or Exchange
Once we received your item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. After our confirmation of your return, please allow up to two billing cycles(Less than 30 days) for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Q & A

Q: If the dress you ordered in standard size is not for you, what can you do?
All of our dresses (except ready-to-ship dresses) are newly tailored by our dressmakers according to our customers' order request. There may be the little size error within 3cm for the handwork. Every one has a different figure feature. Sometimes, the dress in standard size you received from us may not fit for you very well. To ensure your dress will fit for you perfectly, our dressmakers specially leave the additional fabrics about 3cm length inside the left and right seams of the dress to allow the minor alteration of the size of the dress. If your dress is a little tight or bigger for you to wear, please kindly enlarge or take in the dress from the seams inside the dress.

Q: If the dress you ordered has a little color difference, what can you do?

Every customer has a different consumption level. We could not make sure the dress offered on our website will satisfy every customer. However, we could make sure that the quality of the dresses sold on our website is the best quality than others in the same price level. Dressilyme ensure to prepare the dress according to the ITEM DETAILS shown on our website. Before ordering, you please kindly and carefully check the ITEM DETAILS on the advertising page.

Q: If the dress you ordered from us has zipper problem, what can you do?
For the thickness of the dresses, the zipper on the dress may not easily for you to zip it up, especially the invisible zipper. When you zip it up, please kindly be slow and careful. If the zipper is stock, please kindly do not strongly pull up the zipper. At this moment, please kindly slowly pull up the zipper backwards and forwards to adjust the zipper teeth to make it smooth. If you strongly zip it up to make it broken, please kindly take the dress in your local seamstress to exchange a new zipper for the dress.

Q: If the dress you ordered for us has some stains, what can you do?
All of the dresses are sent out directly from our warehouse. The dresses may be marked with some stains and mark cause in the process of tailoring. You could wash these stains and marks out by washing cleaner.

Q: If you do not like the dress style you order from us, what can you do?
Before you ordering, we advise you to go to your local dresses shop to try some styles and find one style fit for you own figure perfectly. Then, you could choose the same or similarity style shown on our website. These suggestions will help you to choose your favorite style suitable for your own figure feature.
